Le son du jour : Jesus Culture “In the river” feat Kim Walker Smith

J’aime énormément ce groupe et en plus cette femme.

Kim Walker est une vraie leader de louange comme je les aime, elle est simple et pour elle, juste le message compte. 

Contrairement à certaines choristes pour qui l’apparence compte beaucoup ainsi que faire le show, démontrer qu’on sait chanter, que Dieu nous a donné une belle voix puissante et agréable… bref tout ce qui me gonfle.

Kim est loin de tout ça, j’ai vraiment l’impression que c’est ma sœur en Christ et que je peux passer une bonne après midi avec elle. C’est ma copine dans ma tête. Elle est authentique et simple.

Pour en revenir au chant, In the river ( dans la rivière) c’est un chant festif qui nous rappelle que nous sommes vivants dans la rivière, présence de Dieu. Cette rivière chasse la tristesse, brise nos chaines et nous rend joyeux.
